Since its incorporation in May, 2025, RALF Uganda has achieved significant milestones in empowering street children, orphans, and persons with disabilities. From official licensing and partnerships with global incubators like FasterCapital to scaling vocational training programs, these accomplishments highlight our ongoing commitment to transforming vulnerable lives across Uganda.
“On May 21, 2025, RALF was officially incorporated and licensed by the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) to operate as a vocational training institution—marking the beginning of our mission to empower youth with practical skills for a better future.”
First funds secured
In February 2026, we achieved a major milestone by securing seed capital of USD 5,000 from the Tony Elumelu Foundation. This pivotal support marked a turning point in strengthening our institutional capacity and long-term sustainability.
Through this funding, RALF successfully acquired a plot of land and constructed a two-room office block, which now serves as our dedicated administrative and operational headquarters. This development has significantly improved our coordination, planning, and service delivery to the vulnerable communities we support.
Additionally, the grant enabled us to enhance our operational efficiency by procuring two laptops for key management staff i.e. the Executive Director and the Chief Finance and Administration Officer. To further strengthen communication and digital access, we also installed unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) at our office.
This milestone represents more than just infrastructurew and it reflects growth, stability, and a renewed commitment to our mission of transforming lives. It has laid a strong foundation for expanding our programs and deepening our impact in the community.
