Atukwatse Ambrose was born in Western Uganda and lives with physical disabilities, a reality that has shaped his resilience and commitment to uplifting marginalized communities. He is a finance professional and social entrepreneur whose work bridges financial expertise with community empowerment.
Ambrose holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Kampala International University (2017–2021) and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Public Accountant at Uganda Management Institute. Professionally, he has served in various capacities including Accountant at Feasts Consultants International Limited and Bamwetanya Enterprises Limited, as well as Assistant Marketing and Communications Officer at Roofings Limited. In these roles, he contributed to streamlining payroll systems, ensuring tax compliance, strengthening financial reporting, and enhancing organizational visibility through marketing strategies.
In 2025, Ambrose founded Raising Abandoned Lives Foundation Co. Ltd (RALF Uganda), a non-profit organization committed to transforming the lives of Uganda’s most vulnerable groups, including street children, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and orphans. As Executive Director, he leads RALF in providing safe shelter, counseling, literacy, vocational training, and entrepreneurial support, with the vision of building a Uganda where every vulnerable individual has the opportunity to thrive.
Ambrose’s personal journey of overcoming disability continues to inspire his work. His leadership at RALF is anchored in values of compassion, empowerment, integrity, inclusivity, and sustainability, ensuring that every program not only addresses immediate needs but also fosters long-term independence and dignity for beneficiaries. Through his professional expertise and humanitarian vision, he is dedicated to creating pathways of hope and opportunity for marginalized communities across Uganda

Katusiime Maurence is the Co-founder and Chief Finance and Administration Officer at Raising Abandoned Lives Foundation, where she leverages her expertise in administration, finance, and organizational management to drive the foundation’s mission. Born on 30th August 1995 in Ntungamo District, Uganda, Maurence holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kampala International University (2021).
She has amassed extensive experience in administrative and financial roles across educational institutions and private enterprises. Her career journey includes serving as Administrator at Blue Atlas Academy and Havan International Institute, Accountant and Receptionist at Alwaleed Investment Recruitment Ltd, and positions at Lucky Supermarket and UNEB. Throughout her roles, she has demonstrated excellence in financial management, record keeping, operational efficiency, and staff coordination, consistently delivering results that enhance organizational performance.
Maurence is highly skilled in communication, organizational management, issue analysis, adaptability, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. She is known for her positive attitude, consistency, and ability to remain calm under pressure, complemented by a sense of humor that fosters strong workplace relationships.
Fluent in English, Luganda, and Runyakitara, she is passionate about networking, innovation, and personal growth. Maurence’s dedication to community development and professional excellence continues to inspire her work at Raising Abandoned Lives Foundation.
